Description

This infinity plan achromatic objective has 60x magnification and a resolution limit of 0.35µm. When used with a 10/22 mm eyepiece, the diameter of the field of view is 0.36 mm. The field curvature is corrected for 90% of the field of view diameter. The aberrations are corrected: chromatic aberrations for red and blue colors, spherical aberration for green color. The objective can be used to observe samples of 0.5µm in size, such as spermatozoa, red blood cells, white blood cells in clinical analysis of semen, urine, or blood.

To observe with the MAGUS MP60 60x/0.80 Plan ∞/0.17 objective, use eyepieces with magnification ranging from 7x to 14x. During observations, use a cover glass of 0.17mm thickness. The parfocal objective has minimal distortion, it is suitable for digital photography, and it can be used with wide-field eyepieces with a 22mm field of view.
