We offer various payment options: by bank transfer, in cash or by credit card, PayPal, GoPay, or other method.
Once you have placed the order, we will contact you to confirm the order and preferred payment method as well as delivery terms. If you have any questions regarding available payment methods, contact us.
A minimum order value depends on the products ordered. We offer standard shipping service for all of the products: you can pick an order up from the store or use a transport company service (DHL, DPD, TNT) as well as courier delivery.
Shipping rates for orders (including all orders shipped outside of the EU) depend on the products ordered and the destination country for the delivery. Our sales manager will contact you with detailed information on applicable shipping charges prior to delivery.
You can return the purchased goods without explaining your reasons, during the legal period of 14 days from the moment of the product receipt.
Cost of return shipping of the product is paid by the customer.
The product should be packed in the original package and be intact, and have no traces of being used.
If the product is returned because of a defect, which is later verified, we will refund the cost of return shipping to the product to our warehouse. Defect products are exchanged according to the warranty rules provided by manufacturer.

All products listed on the levenhukb2b.com website are subject to the same warranty as declared by the brand manufacturer. All Levenhuk products are provided with a lifetime warranty covering material and design defects (all Levenhuk accessories have 2-year warranty).
All Discovery products are covered by a 10-year warranty (except for the accessories, which are covered by a 6-month warranty).
