Meade Series 4000 Super Plössl 56mm 2" Eyepiece

Meade 56mm focal length Series 4000 Super Plössl eyepiece with 2" barrel offers precision engineered Meade optics, with wide field, sharp images, and very satisfying views at very reasonable cost. Utilizing the very latest in optical glass types, the model represents an excellent general-purpose eyepiece. Engineered with a high quality 4-element design and offering a generous 52° apparent field of view, the eyepiece uses premium grade optical glass with multi-layer coatings and blackened lens edges for great image sharpness and contrast.

This large 2" barrel diameter eyepiece requires a 2" eyepiece holder or diagonal. Please note that this eyepiece is not parfocal with other eyepieces of this series, so you will need to refocus when switching eyepieces.
